BS9251:2021 Cat 3, full coverage including corridors, system fed via a dedicated pump and tank.

Client Issues

Due to planning conditions a lot of the original features needed to stay in place, some examples are, exposed beams, tall ceilings and glass atriums. One area in particular within the top floor penthouse had a glass atrium roughly 4.5m high and it needed protection.

RAD Solution

Due to the atrium being constructed in glass we installed high temperature sprinkler heads and ran the pipework in stainless steel mapress as this section would all be exposed. Client was very happy with the outcome.
